The church was built in 1896 on the grounds of the old Château de Monceau. The plans for the new neoRomanesque building were entrusted to Eugène Homberg (1848–1925). From 1908 to 1911, Christian Labouret was commissioned to complete the building and to erect the neoRomanesque façade. It later became the parish of Father Serralda, closely associated with Mgr DucaudBourget and the nascent Priestly Fraternity of SaintPius X.
E6 The instrument was built in 1909 by Théodore Puget and inaugurated on 9 March 1909 by Eugène Gigout and Louis Vierne. It then included the pneumatic system patented by Puget. In 1951, faced with the deteriorated pneumatic system, Jean Hermann electrified the instrument. In 1973, Guttschenritter carried out a restoration of the instrument, which was also completely revoiced. In 2009, Dargassies carried out maintenance work.
